Herbicide Murphamine Directions for Use

Description:

Herbicide Murphamine 72% is a selective herbicide used against a wide range of broad leaved weeds in wheat, maize, rice, oats, rye, sugarcane, lawns, coffee and Sorghum, either as a pre-emergence or post-emergence herbicide.

Direction for use:

Herbicide Murphamine 72% has only to be mixed with water to be ready for use. It may be applied with any type of spraying equipment. For best results spray when weeds are vigorously growing. Avoid spraying in cold weather or during drought. Delay spraying if rain is expected within the next few hours.

Rates of application

Crop	Weeds	Rate/Ha	Rate 20lts	Timing
Wheat, Rye	broad leaved weeds	1-3litres in 100-1000 litres of water		Apply from5-6 leaves until tillering stage. Don't spray after piping
Oats, Rice	broad leaved weeds	1litre		apply after tillering but after root stage
Maize & Sorghum	broad leaved weeds	16-23 litres in 112-225 litres of water		pre-emergence: application of 2-5 lts can be done in 4-5 days after sowing.
Coffee	broad leaved weeds	2 lts in225 lts of water		use low pressure and avoid spray drift on any part of crop
Sugar cane	broad leaved weeds	4lts in 112 lts of water		after planting but before cane emergence
Sugar cane	broad leaved weeds	1lts in sufficient water		apply in band between rows after cane emergence upto 3-leaf stage
Lawns			60 ml	apply mixture per 100 sq metres of lawn
